How long will it take to receive my order?

How much does delivery cost?
It is free on orders over €25 and costs €4.90 for orders below that amount.

Can I return an item?

Which harness size should I choose?
Measure your dog's chest circumference, just behind the front legs, and refer to the size guide on the product page. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
Can I secure my dog in the car with its collar?
No. Always use a seat belt with a harness: in the event of braking, a collar puts all the pressure on the neck.
Is the seat cover compatible with my car?
It attaches to the headrests and is suitable for most sedans, station wagons, and SUVs. Dimensions are indicated in the product page photos. If in doubt, write to us via the Contact page.
